Our membership works hard to make sure you can benefit from fantastic savings on general admission prices. One membership can be used by multiple people* to take advantage of savings throughout the active season! Your membership can be used for single admission tickets, family discount tickets (that’s right double discount here!) as well as for PRIVATE SESSION tickets!
Our Membership is currently open to everyone, even businesses can sign up! Ideal if you have an adventurous work force, you are looking for team building exercises or you want to provide a simple appreciation gesture for the crew.

Member Only Sessions^

As an additional perk our membership also comes with the opportunity for member only sessions. Throughout the active season and even during peak periods we will send out email notifications offering our members special time slots to book, hidden from general admission adventurers.
This is a great way for you to meet other members and it gives you an additional chance to secure a visit to The Tunnel Tree Tops during our busy periods and special events!
The Members Only sessions will operate on a first come first served basis, so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox (and make sure to check your spam folder just in case)!
Priority News and Updates

Monthly Membership
one month, £15
This is our Classic Monthly Membership - this Membership offers you all of the perks listed on our website and gives you a short, fixed term in which to use them. This membership plan is ideal for those who have a busy lifestyle - allowing you to receive the benefits of a membership in a concentrated time frame. Great to give as a gift to visiting family, friends and even co-workers having a long weekend away from work.
Monthly AUTO Membership
£15 / month, renewed automatically until you cancel
This is our auto-renew Monthly Membership - set to automatically renew each month until you cancel your Membership with us. This Membership offers you all of the perks listed on our website and gives you the ease of auto-renewal. An Ideal package for those months of freedom you may have with family and friends. This rolling plan allows you to decide when to make the most of your membership without the restrictions of long term commitment or small time frames to bind you.
Annual Membership
one year, £30
This is our Classic Annual Membership - this Membership offers you all of the perks listed on our website and gives you a one year fixed term in which to use them. This membership plan is aimed at those who are looking to get the best value out of their membership! This membership covers you from the point of purchase through the entire active season, giving you the most opportunities throughout the season for discounts, competitions and all the latest news from the team! Great to give as a gift to family, friends and co-workers (or why not just treat yourself?).
Annual AUTO Membership
£30 / year, renewed automatically until you cancel
This is our auto-renew Annual Membership - set to automatically renew each year until you cancel your Membership with us. This Membership offers you all of the perks listed on our website and gives your the ease of auto-renewal. This membership plan is aimed at those who are looking to get the best value out of their membership in the long term! The Annual AUTO Membership plan covers you from the point of purchase through the entire active season and beyond. Great to give as a gift to family, friends and co-workers (or why not just treat yourself?).
How to become a Member
1. Hit the BECOME A MEMBER HERE button at the bottom of this section.
2. Sign in/ Sign up to The Tunnel Tree Tops customer area (this bit is FREE).
3. Select the Membership tab.
4. Click ENROLL
5. Select the type of membership you wish to purchase and follow all of the on screen instructions.
Cancelling your Membership
You are in full control of your membership and you are free to cancel at any time by logging in to your customer area > selecting Membership > selecting Cancel Membership and following the on screen instructions.

Please note: Your paid membership and all of the associated benefits will IMMEDIATELY STOP when you cancel your Membership. Please ensure you have referred once again to the terms and conditions before cancelling your membership. These terms can be found by logging into your customer area and selecting Membership.
Cancelling after the renewal date
If neither you nor anyone authorised by you to use your account has taken advantage of any membership features and you are within 7 days of the start of your membership period, we will refund the membership fee minus an admin fee of 7%.
After this 7 day period all Membership fees become non-refundable, even if you fail to use your Membership during the active season.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND MERCHANDISE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNT – ALL GIFT VOUCHERS ARE PURCHASED AT THE STANDARD ADMISSION FEE AND NO DISCOUNT IS AVAILABLE ON MERCHANDISE AT THIS TIME.
*All bookings must be completed by the individual owner of the membership (IOM) or a member of authorised personnel of the membership (APM). Any bookings made without the IOM or APM’s authority may be cancelled without notice but may still be charged.
^Please note that being a member does not guarantee a place in a Members Only Session. These opportunities are offered on a first come first served basis. Members Only Sessions will be ran at various points throughout the active season. Monthly Membership owners should be aware that a Members Only Session is not guaranteed to be offered every month.
